We are sorry but the cash advance service is not available including ATM network inside or outside of Japan.

It is a service where all purchases will be under the revolving loan payment even if you choose to pay one-time payment at stores in Japan or abroad.

It expires every three years from the date of issue.

I’m going back to my home country. Can I continue to use the card?

No, we are sorry but since the Nexus Global Card is exclusive to foreigners living in Japan, you need to cancel the membership.
The deposit will be returned to a bank account in Japan. The refund will be processed within about two months. Please contact us at the earliest convenience.
