    How to make a deposit and its refunding process

    There is a transfer payment slip enclosed with the card, you can use it to make the security deposit.
    The deposit will be returned to your bank account by a predetermined method when the Nexus Global Card is closed due to reasons such as returning to your country.

    This is the money that we keep as collateral to supplement the customer’s credit. A security deposit is not available for payment. The amount used is paid the following month and must be paid with something other than the deposit. In addition, the amount of deposit and the amount of credit available on the card will be the same.

    What is the difference between Nexus Global Card and a prepaid/Debit card?

    ▪ Nexus Global Card is a credit card.
    The payment made with Nexus Global Card within a set limit will be withdrawn from your bank account on the 6th of every month. (You cannot use the deposit as payment.) Revolving payment service is available for expensive shopping. You can also pay your utility bills, mobile phone bills, insurance and Internet fees through your Nexus Global Card.
    *Depending on the usage environment, some of the services may not be available.

    ▪ A prepaid card allows you to spend the money that you have already loaded onto the card and the card can be reloaded with more money at any time.

    ▪ A Debit card allows you to spend the money that you have in your bank account. You need to add funds if necessary to increase the balance in your bank account.
